This Privacy Policy only relates to personal data collected by Catshill Consultancy LLP via the Catshill Design website, survey responses, emails and phone calls.

Catshill Consultancy LLP will look after your details carefully. We adhere to the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation and we are registered as a data controller which is looked after by the Information Commissioner.

Personal information provided to Catshill Consultancy LLP via the Catshill Design website, survey responses, emails and phone calls will be used for the purposes outlined below.

Use of Data and opting-out
As a design consultancy we will be contacting individuals that fall within our customer base. The two key ways we do this are through phone calls and email. This may include information from carefully selected organisations.
By providing your contact details you are agreeing to be contacted by Catshill Design for the reasons detailed above. If at any time you want to alter your preferences or request that Catshill Design stop communication with you, then you should contact us as described in the section below titled verifying, updating and amending your personal information.
Accessing your personal data held by Catshill Consultancy LLP
You have the right to ask Catshill Design in writing, enclosing a stamped addressed envelope (SAE), for a copy of all the personal data held about you. This is known as a ‘subject access request’.
Upon receipt of a SAE and fee (if required) we will collate the data requested and send it to you within the 30 day maximum period as stipulated by the General Data Protection Regulation.
If the request is ‘manifestly unfounded or excessive’ or if multiple requests are made, a fee of £40 per request will be applied. This deadline may be extended by a further two months where there are a number of requests or the request is complex. We will inform you within a month of receipt, explaining why the extension is necessary.
